Growing up, my dad\u2019s homemade bread was the one consistent food we had around at just about all times. As the sous chef of the household, I would sit on the counter and help add the ingredients, tasting the outcome and perfecting the recipe over the years. When I went away to college, my dad wrote the recipe on the back of an envelope, gave me a mixer and sent me off. Ever since, I have worked to perfect the recipe and share bread with those I love.
