Where Clarity Grows

"It’s so interesting to translate consumer behaviors into the foundation of strong, meaningful ideas."

Stephanie O’Brien

Are strategists born or learned? When it comes to Stephanie, we think it’s both. As a seriously strategic thinker and curious soul, she occupies the sweet spot between natural ability and unquenchable desire to understand the evolving nuances of consumer motivation. This would explain her talent for crafting strong, actionable brand strategies. But if you asked Stephanie, she would say that there’s always more to it.

Especially good at:
Serving your brand. That includes innovation, consumer insights, CPG, marketing, brand and product strategy, social media, content generation and strategy, public relations and international business.

Favorite part of the work:
Consumer research. She finds it interesting to understand what motivates consumers, and then have the opportunity to translate that learning into the foundation for strong, meaningful ideas.

Alter ego:
Monica Geller-Bing (Friends). “She’s bit neurotic, but not afraid to admit it! Like Monica, I LOVE organization and planning, but also love to think creatively. I am passionate and hard working in my career and also in my relationships with family and friends—remembering the little things can have the biggest impact. On top of all that, I am not afraid to be a goof and have fun!”
