Seed Strategy Celebrates 20 Years of Growing Bigger Ideas, Clearer Horizons, Stronger Brands, Deeper Connections

For 20 years, Seed Strategy has continuously evolved its marketing strategy and innovation practices to help clients navigate these realities and grow bigger, stronger and faster in the process.

Recent projects have seen the team partnering with clients to take an idea from a basis of interest study, through to brand development, package design and in-store merchandising, and on to media planning and commercial-idea creation.

While Seed has continuously anticipated market changes and evolved its practices accordingly, it’s done so guided by principles established from the start by Founder Susan Jones:

Jones launched Seed on February 1, 2002, as a sanctuary for the entrepreneurial creative spirit, believing clients would be drawn to the energy and great work. That sanctuary grew even stronger when employee-owned decision-science powerhouse Burke, Inc. acquired Seed, in 2014.

Accordingly, many of the team members who joined Seed in its first decade remain with the company today, helping to grow it. And many of the clients who partnered with Seed early on, still return to work with the agency again and again, even if they’ve changed companies.

It’s testament to another truism: relationships matter, whether it’s a brand’s relationship with its consumers, an agency’s relationship with its clients, or a team’s relationship with one another.
