Our Client is known worldwide for its hundreds of consumer
packaged goods with many brands are well over the $1 billion
mark. For one of their largest, most recognized brands, an
opportunity existed to sell their product into their largest
point of entry audience.

The challenge was to create a powerful selling strategy and
create a direct mail campaign that would leverage their existing
equity.

The Seed team conducted research to clearly understand the
motivations of a multiple level audience matrix. The key with
this communication matrix was to ensure that all messaging
paid off the umbrella brand in a big way. Then, the team create
conceptual ideas that communicated the various messages.
These conceptual messages were then tested among the various
target audiences to determine which messages were the most
meaningful, compelling and believable.
Seed refined the concepts based on the understanding from
the audiences. Then, Seed produced and executed all of the
direct mail pieces as well as the database management and
trial fulfillment.

Working with Seed Strategy, our Client has been able to launch
new products as well as improvements on existing brands.
