Susan provides the leadership that
makes Seed Strategy, Inc. a world-class strategy and innovation
shop. Susan has a B.S. from Indiana University School of
Business where her major was Advertising and Marketing
with a minor in Art and Ceramics.

- Worked on 6 of the brands recognized
among the top 10 most innovative national brands from 2000
to 2003.
- Led the strategy and execution, along with the creative and positioning,
on the launch of StarKist Flavor Fresh Pouch.
- Led the strategic development and execution of the Global Crest First
Grade Dental Health Program.
- Worked on the early development of Febreze odor eliminator.
- Led new proposition development for Kellogg's Smart
Start brand that resulted in a 48 percent business increase
in its first year.
- Worked on the new product development of Kellogg's
Gripz mighty tiny snacks.
- Worked with the Special K Global Team on the development
of the Protein Waters and Snacks, as well as the future
new-product pipeline.
- Helped develop several new propositions for the
Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company on Freedent and Orbit.
